This guy is always around when a woman can't get her car started. He watches them drain their battery, then comes over with his jumper cables and helps them.

He always seems to get them going, but it often takes a long time, sometimes over an hour.

I wonder who he is.....we caught him on camera, if anyone can identify him let me know.
