I released my Nam letters to the Icey one, finally, at the tribute in Branson Mo., a few of which she never quite made it through, and some she re-read over and over. The Tribute was a real eye-opener, guys I thought were lost, showed up, guys who were the biggest F=ups over there are bigshots now. Old times, old memories and Old Glory was the mainset, followed by some speeches and presentations by retired Gen. and Gov. officials.More laterMick

Glad to hear that Ice arranged for you to make it.  Everything I heard indicated that it was going to be pretty well done, hope it was worth your while personally and of great value to you spritually as well.  Thank you for your sacrifice, dedication, and honorable service to your country.  Some of us know what it means.

LOL I forgot this was here, believe it or not, the one thing barb said was missing, and never heard, was just that, "thank-you" the politicians, brass etc. all said 'welcome home", no-one (except the group we rode down with) said those other "two words".

Thankfully, barb said nothing about it till the ride home.
