It was such a beautiful day at the beach, she was so sorry it had to end. But as they picked up their things and put them in the trunk of her mustang, they turned and looked back at the ocean. ?t was such a wonderful day?she smiled and kissed him on the cheek, ? wish we could watch the sunset? He closed the trunk and lifted her on to it. ?hy not?he grinned and lifted himself on the trunk. Wrapping his arm around her they leaned back against the window and gazed at the horizon. They were awaken by the loud crash of the waves on the beach, shocked, they looked at each other and laughed. ?e fell asleep?she giggled. ?es, that we did?he said as he looked around. He slid off the trunk with a splash, looking down said ?hoa, we need to get out of here and quick? He reached up and helped her off the car, they stood looking at each other in 6?of water, as the waves rolled around their feet and legs. Laughing, they jumped in the car. She rubbed the sand off her feet on the floor mat as she watched the waves crashing behind them in the mirror. She put the key in the ignition and turned, the engine cranked and cranked. She let go of the key and pushed her bare foot to the floor. Holding her foot down she twisted the key and listened as the big V8 Mustang? motor just turned and turned. ?ome on baby?she whispered, ?ou can? swim? Her foot lightly pumped the pedal, half way up and back to the floor, the engine still showed no life. She let go of the key. Glancing over at him she tried to hide how nervous she was, but, the next turn of the key just proved it to him. As the engine cranked away she moaned a little ?hhhhhhhhhhh?and started to pump the gas pedal reaching with her toes to the top of the little pedal each time it hit the floor and grinding the ball of her foot against it.With the sounds of the waves crashing behind her getting louder, she began pumping faster and harder, ?ome on?she groaned as she bounced and pumped away, ?ny time your ready?she stomped the pedal to the floor.. He looked over at her, ?ust hold it there babe?he was enjoying this, yet, didn? want to have her car full of sea water. ? can start my own car, thank you very much?she barked back, ?t? not like this has never happened before? She started furiously pumping again. He shook his head, ?ou?e flooding it?he said softly. She ignored him and slammed the pedal up and down, her bright red nail polish reflecting in the skin of her toes as they turned white under the force of her pumping and pressure from holding the pedal down for a few seconds with each pump. She let go of the key and slumped in the seat. Looking over at him, she quietly said, ?orry, I didn? mean to snap at you? He gave her an accepting grin and said ?ry it again?Scooting up in the seat, she grabbed the wheel in her left arm, put her foot to the floor and turned the key. Her tanned toes again turning white as she slightly lifted herself off the seat. A 2 foot wave hit shore as the Mustang started to sputter to life. ?ome on, come on, come on, come??the wave broke, the car bounced, and the engine screamed to life. She held her foot to the floor as the engine cleared itself then eased her foot up on the pedal, as she did, the car hesitated and she hit the gas to the floor once again. ?m, honey??he shyly asked, ?an we go now? As another wave rocked the car.Putting the Mustang in gear, she eased out the clutch and down on the gas. The car moved forward a few feet, bucked, and died. Quickly, she pushed in the clutch and turned the key, tickling the pedal as the engine cranked, cough, then roared again to life. Her foot pushed harder on the gas as she let out the clutch, the car jumped forward as another wave came on shore. Whhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh, the car lifted, the wheels spun, the speedometer was reading 40mph and the tach was pegged. As the wave rolled under the car she lifted her foot off the gas. The car came down with a thud, jumped and died. ?e really need to get moving?he whispered to himself, yet she heard him and answered back with ?UH?She hit the clutch and turned the key, the engine, lifeless, rolled over and over. She started pumping. Slowly but very irregular the engine came to life. ?et? go baby?she said as her foot slid off the side of the clutch pedal and her tanned red toes hit the gas to the floor. The mustang screamed as the wheels searched for some kind of traction. They could hear the sand and water hitting the side of the car as she rocked the gas pedal up and down, scooting back and forth in the seat with every little pump of the gas, as if to coax the car off the beach. She looked in the mirror and watched as the biggest wave yet was coming ashore.Oh my God?she whined, ?ome on you piece of junk, MOVE?she was rocking the pedal and in the seat faster and faster. The wave hit, the car lifted, then turned sideways, she was still fighting to get the car to move forward. She pushed in the clutch and lifted her foot from the gas pedal. ?e?e in trouble?she looked at him. The car sputtered and hesitated, ?on? let it die?he said urgently. Her foot hit the gas, and as it went slowly to the floor the Mustang? engine died. She turned the key, the engine cranked and cranked, she tried lightly pumping, then just sat back, dropped her hands in her lap and rested her head on the wheel. She heard his door open and looked over at him, ?ust get it started?he said and closed the door. He heard the sound of the engine cranking and her foot pounding against the floor. The smell of raw gas in the air, and the sound of the next wave. He tapped on her window and shouted ?old it to the floor?the car stopped rocking from the force of her pumping and he could see her push herself back into the seat. On the second try, the engine came to life. As the wave hit shore he yelled. ?it it? The tires spun in the wet sand, throwing it in all directions and throwing rooster tails of water from behind the car. The wave hit and lifted the back of the car, he pushed at the same time the wave came and straightened the car out, pointing it toward the dry beach. ?eep rocking?he yelled and could see her through the back window, again, rocking in the seat with every press of the pedal. In the mirror he could see her lips moving, making out her words as she begged the car to gain traction. As the wave retreated and the car settled, he was immediately covered in wet sand from the spinning rear wheels. Pushing as hard as he could, the car barely moved. Each time it did, she held the gas pedal down longer and longer, the sand against his legs was beginning to hurt, even more so, when the spinning tires would pick up the arrant small sea shell and fire it like a bullet into his shins. The waves became more frequent has he relentlessly pushed the Mustang toward the dry sand. With each wave he would push harder as would she on the pedal. The next big wave came in, he dug his feet in the sand, and as it lifted the back of the Mustang he pushed with all he had. The car rolled forward with the force of the wave and she floored the pedal. The engine screamed as the tires spun throwing everything in their path at him, as the wave receded the Mustang sank back onto the sand. He heard her ease up on the gas pedal, then through the back window saw her plant her foot on the floor. The tires began to get some traction and he pushed again as hard as he could. In rooster tails of sand , water and seaweed, the Mustang roared its way to dry beach. As he tried to follow and keep pushing it found traction and lurched away from him, leaving him off balance and falling face down in the wet sand. As he looked up and yelled ?eep going?a wave crashed over him. After the wave had washed him face down again he slowly got up to his knees. He could hear the rough idle of the Mustang and as he looked up to see her sitting in the car laughing, another wave knocked him face down into the sand. Again, he slowly got to his knees, then stood and began walking out of the surf to the car. Getting out of the car she said ?ou?e not getting in my car like that?and laughed. He looked down and saw the sand and seaweed stuck to him, and the blood on his shins from the shell the car had kicked up. He grinned. He then looked behind him and saw the next wave breaking for shore, he reached out and scooped her up in his arms, with her legs flailing and body wiggling trying to break free, he tossed her into the wave. ?f I can?, then neither can you?. Her blonde hair laying flat against her face she looked up at him. ?anna skinny dip?

I cant tell you how many times I've fantasized about that EXACT scenario!  Girl's car wont crank as the tide is coming in, then gets stuck, then cranks, gets stuck...etc

Damn woman, your scaring me with your realism...but in a good way
